Legal Network
Madison, Hall, & Associates will only use Attorney’s that are established, industry specific, through bonding representatives associated in the collection industry. The agent assigned to your claim will work in tandem with the attorney or the legal representative of the firm. We will never incur any costs or fees without your expressed authorization
Credit Reporting
Accounts with open balances will be reported to one or more of the three major credit bureaus after thirty days of being assigned to our office.
