FAQ'S

"How much does the service cost?"
Nothing, until we collect! The amount we require is small in comparison to losing the whole amount that a debtor owes.

"How do you collect?"
We use a proprietary blend of letters, phone calls, faxes, emails and private investigators. We utilize credit reports weekly as well as a network of over 2,000 attorneys if a suit is necessary.

"How many stages of collections do you have?"
We use a four stage process:
     Stage 1 is very soft and non threatening.
     Stage 2 is normal debt negotiation.
     Stage 3 is persistent and intolerable.
     Stage 4 is filing suit in the local jurisdiction.

"Can I pick the stage I want to begin with?"
Absolutely, but we do recommend starting with Stage 1.
Remember, We are experts in the art of debt negotiating. You would not go to a pediatrician if you needed heart surgery, would you?  Following our methods have been proven in obtaining success.

"What states can you collect in?"
We provide national and international coverage for our clients. We are appropriately licensed in all states and jurisdictions that require licensing and/or use an attorney local to your debtor who is.

"How often will I get updates?"
Our Collection Agency will send you a report in the mail at least once a month. If there are any new advances your representative will call you to give you an update, good or bad.  The larger volume clients will get monthly batch reports.


"Is it hard to place an account into collections?"
Not at all. All you have to do is contact our office, and we will assist you in the right direction.

"What if I don't know where the debtor is located?"
We do what is called "Skiptracing" and we will not stop until the debtor resurfaces.
